A full-time Physical Therapist position is available for the current school year within a K-12 school district in Florida. This contract opportunity requires on-site work only, with no virtual or remote options.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to students across multiple K-12 schools within the district.
- Manage caseload based on severity and workload requirements.
- Travel between assigned schools, averaging one location per day, according to district scheduling.
- Collaborate with school staff to support student therapy goals and educational progress.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license is required.
- Experience working in school-based physical therapy settings preferred.
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and adapt to varying student needs.
- Reliable transportation to travel between district schools.
Location: Kissimmee and surrounding area in Florida
Schedule: Full time, 35 hours per week
